Ask your partner programme a question
The Otters AI Hub connects Otters to your AI assistant. Get answers from live data, or create the plan, the activity, the deal note without opening a screen. Scoped to each person's permissions, controlled by your admins, logged end to end.
What the assistant can do
Most partner work is not thinking, it is reporting, chasing and writing things up. The AI Hub moves that work into a conversation.
Look up
Partners, mutual action plans, goals, activities, deals and market development funds — always limited to what that individual can already see in Otters.
Create and update
Mutual action plans, goals, activities, deals, fund requests and deal notes. Required information is always enforced, so nothing half-finished gets created.
Why it is safe
- Scoped to the person. The assistant sees only what that individual sees in Otters. Nothing from another organisation, ever.
- Admins switch it on. Access is enabled per organisation, with an approved list of people.
- Nothing is deletable. The assistant can read, create and update. It cannot delete.
- Everything is logged. A full record of what was read and written.
- Off means off. Removing access takes effect immediately.
The prompt library
Ready-to-use prompts ship with the AI Hub, so nobody has to learn prompt engineering.
- Quarterly business review deck outlines
- Executive portfolio reports
- Partner scorecards
- Pipeline forecasts with best, expected and worst cases
- Partner disengagement risk rankings
- Market development fund return analysis
- Everyday prompts: weekly focus, overdue activities, stalled goals, pipeline hygiene, logging a call
Use cases
- Monday morning. "What should I focus on this week?" — a prioritised list from live data, in seconds.
- QBR prep. A slide-by-slide deck outline for a partner, built from the actual record.
- Straight after a call. "Log this note and add the follow-up activity" — captured before the next meeting starts.
- Board update. A short narrative and metrics table on the whole ecosystem, in language a board will read.
- Risk sweep. Which partners are going quiet, why, and what to do about each one.
Examples are illustrative, not customer results.
Answers come from your live partner record
The assistant reads the same shared mutual action plans and market development funds your team works in every day.

What is the Otters AI Hub?
The AI Hub connects Otters to your AI assistant, so your team can ask questions about their partner work and get work done in the tool they already use.
What can the assistant look up?
Partners, mutual action plans, goals, activities, deals and market development funds — always limited to what that individual can already see in Otters.
What can the assistant create or update?
Mutual action plans, goals, activities, deals, fund requests and deal notes. Required information is always enforced, exactly as it is in the app, so nothing half-finished gets created.
Can the assistant see another organisation's data?
No. The assistant only ever sees what that person sees in Otters. Nothing from another organisation, ever.
Who decides who can use it?
Admins switch it on for the organisation and choose exactly which people can use it. Turning access off takes effect immediately.
Can anything be deleted through the assistant?
No. Nothing can be deleted through the assistant, and every action is logged, so there is a full record of what was read and written.
Do we need to learn prompt engineering?
No. The AI Hub ships with a library of ready-to-use prompts for quarterly reviews, executive reports, partner scorecards, pipeline forecasts, disengagement risk rankings and fund return analysis, plus everyday ones such as weekly focus and logging a call.
