How to use it
1. Fill the Overview tab together
Both vendor and partner agree on the one-sentence shared objective and name the owners on each side. If you can't agree on the sentence, you don't have a MAP yet.
2. List 3 to 7 goals
On the Goals tab, write outcome-shaped goals — each with a success measure and a target date. Use the categories that come with the template: Technical, Marketing, Enablement.
3. Break goals into activities
On the Activities tab, every activity gets an owner side, an owner name, a due date, and a status. Activities without an owner don't get done.
4. Review weekly with both sides in the room
30 minutes, every week. Without a cadence the MAP becomes a status report. With one, it stays a working plan.
